Quote and scope
Published prices are indicative launch prices for defined scopes. Before work begins we confirm deliverables, timing, revisions, final price and applicable taxes in writing.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Revisions and delivery
When a product includes one revision round, it means one grouped round of reasonable changes to the delivered proposal. A complete change of brief, concept or scope is not an ordinary revision.
Timelines begin once we have the brief, assets and confirmations needed to work. Express timelines are production targets and depend on the client providing that information on time.
Assets and rights
The client confirms they are entitled to provide the logos, photographs, copy, music, trademarks and other materials supplied for the project. Rights in the final work and permitted uses are specified in the quote or agreement for each project.
We will not knowingly include third-party assets without an appropriate licence, permission or basis of use for the contracted scope.
AI tools and transparency
Resaltiva may use AI tools as part of its internal ideation or production process under human direction and review. AI does not replace our responsibility to deliver work that matches the brief.
Where the type of content, applicable law or publishing platform requires consent, labelling or transparency for synthetic or manipulated media, delivery is subject to that review first.
Cancellation and portfolio
Cancellation terms and any non-refundable amount are stated in the proposal before work starts. We do not assume automatic permission to publish confidential or unreleased work; portfolio use is agreed where appropriate.
